A community is many people living around each other that share interests. In my community I do many different things like help my church, join sports teams like softball, and help at my school. A community is not just about helping people, but it is also being around people.

Every year at my church we have to take part in many community service events. Some of the events I did was donate homemade cookies, eggs, and clothes. Now that I am in 7^th grade I have to take part in bigger events like gardening around my community, I help serve desserts to families, and I helped on Thanksgiving Day and helped serve food. I love helping my church and earning community service hours.

Another event I take part in is softball. I play for a travel softball team. I love playing for a travel softball team because I get to meet new people and play great competition. I also travel around the country and my state playing in tournaments. I think it is good to take part in a sport because it will benefit you in the future.

I also help my school with events like gardening, cleaning, and donating. I love helping out at my school because I can make people smile. I think everyone should help at their school because it gets you more involved with people and your teachers.

Helping your community can mold you into a better person. I love helping my church, my school, and playing softball. I also like to inspire others to help in their community. These are some of my communities that I like to help.

Desserts are everyone’s favorite item to eat. I love to make desserts, but the best part about desserts is eating them. Some of my favorite desserts are pecan pie, brownies, and chocolate chip cookies. These are my favorite desserts because they are tasty and smell delicious.

Pecan Pie is one of my favorite desserts because it has a sweet taste and it is very crunchy. My aunt usually makes me a pecan pie for Thanksgiving. I never made a pecan pie before, but I would love to learn. Also, I love pecan pie because of the filling inside. It is thick and has a mouthwatering taste.

Another dessert I love is brownies. One of the reasons I love brownies is because it is chocolate. I also love making brownies because they are easy to make and entertaining. Usually I will make brownies with my cousins because they love to bake.

My last dessert that I enjoy is chocolate chip cookies. I love chocolate chip cookies because they are soft and chewy. I also love to eat chocolate chip cookies on Christmas because my cousins and I will usually watch a movie. My other aunt usually decorates her cookies all fancy and that is why love making cookies.

If I could eat desserts every day I would. Pecan pie, brownies, and chocolate chip cookies are some of my favorite desserts, but I have many more. I love enjoying scrumptious desserts every once and a while.

When I went to Orlando, Florida for the first time I went to Disney World. Disney World was really fun because I got to go to all the Disney parks, eat at the Disney restaurants, and I went to the Disney stores. The Disney parks were really enjoyable because I could ride all of the rides because I was tall enough. Also, the Disney restaurants had a lot of delicious foods. The Disney stores had a lot of magnificent items you could buy.

When I went to Orlando the second time I had a softball tournament there. I played at the ESPN fields. This time I didn’t go to Disney World, but I went to Sea World. My team and I got fourth place. All the teams there were from the U.S. I also went swimming at waterparks

I loved going to Orlando because of all the fun activities I did. I loved going to Disney World, going to waterparks, and getting fourth place in the USSSA World Series. I wish I could go there again.
